Ingredients to make Honey glazed Ham

  • 500gms Ham(ready to eat)
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 1/4 cup Cloves(laung)

How to make Honey glazed Ham

  1. Preheat oven to 165 deg C.
  2. Score ham and stud with the cloves. Line baking pan with a double layer of foil, place ham in the middle of pan.
  3. Combine brown sugar, honey and butter together in a small pan to make the glaze.Keep warm during baking.
  4. Brush glaze over ham and bake for an hour or so, after that keep basting with the glaze frequently till golden and caramelized on top.
  5. Place under grill for 15 minutes if required.
My Tip: Use as a filling for some great sandwiches.
