Jaggery balls of wheat

Ingredients to make Jaggery balls of wheat

  • 1 wheat flour- 2 cups
  • 2 jaggery- as per taste
  • 3 oil for frying
  • 4 ghee for giving moin- 2 tbsp

How to make Jaggery balls of wheat

  1. 1 Melt Jaggery in a pot and add ghee to it. Add a little water.
  2. 2 When it melts, cool it a little .In the wheat flour add a little oil and a pinch of salt. Mix it properly. Prepare dough while adding a little jaggery slowly n slowly and make {gole} round balls out of it using palms of your hands.
  3. 3.Fry the balls in oil in medium flame till they turn golden brown.enjoy.

My Tip:

Gole should be fried in medium flame and should be packed after cooling.
