Ingredients to make Veg Frankie

  • potato 3
  • paneer 1 cup
  • onion 1
  • Green chili 2
  • Frankie masala 1/2tbsp
  • Sauces:_mayo, kethcup
  • ginger
  • Chat masala 1 tbsp
  • Boack pepper powder 1 tbsp
  • salt to taste
  • ghee 4 tbsp
  • red chilli pwder 1 tbsp
  • turmeric 1/2tbsp

How to make Veg Frankie

  1. HEAT 3 TBSP OIL, ADD 1 TSP GRATED GINGER
  2. ADD 2 CHOPPED GREEN CHILLIES, 1 CUP MASHED POTATOES, COOK FOR 2 MINS
  3. ADD 1 CUP CRUMBLED COTTAGE CHEESE, 1 TBSP PEPPER POWDER
  4. TOSD & COOK, ADD SALT TO TASTE
  5. ADD 1/4 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER, 1/2 TSP TURMERIC POWDER
  6. ADD 1 TSP FRANKIE MASALA
  7. ADD CHOPPED FRESH CORIANDER & MINT, MIX & TAKE OFF HEAT
  8. TAKE A ROTI, SPREAD 1 TBSP MAYONNAISE
  9. PLACE SOME SLICED ONION & CABBAGE
  10. SPREAD SOME TOMATO KETCHUP, A ROLL MADE OUT OF THE READY MIXTURE
  11. ADD 2 TBSP GRATED CHEESE, ROLL IT UP LIKE THIS
  12. HEAT 1 TBSP GHEE, GRILL THE FRANKIE
  13. ADD 1 TBSP BUTTER, FLIP & COOK FOR A FEW SECONDS, THE FRANKIE IS READY TO SERVE
