  • Raw mango - 1
  • Sugar - 10-12 tbsp ,or as per your sweet tooth
  • Mustard seeds -1tsp
  • Turmeric powder -1tsp
  • Salt - 1/2tsp

  1. Heat pressure cooker with 1/2 tbsp of oil ,add mustard seeds ,when starts splattering ,add raw mango ,sugar ,salt and turmeric powder ...
  2. Mix it well, stirring continuously for 1-2 mints..then add 1 large cup of water...close the lid . Wait for 1-2 whistle....
  3. After releasing pressure, bring the chutney to a boil....adjusting sweetness.
  4. Your sweet and sour raw mango soupy chutney is ready... Enjoy or relish this chutney after lunch in hot summer days...
