Bengal s traditional raw mango chatney in soupy texture....it's not only tasty ,it keeps your body cool in hot summer days

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Raw mango - 1
  2. Sugar - 10-12 tbsp ,or as per your sweet tooth
  3. Mustard seeds -1tsp
  4. Turmeric powder -1tsp
  5. Salt - 1/2tsp

Instructions

  1. Heat pressure cooker with 1/2 tbsp of oil ,add mustard seeds ,when starts splattering ,add raw mango ,sugar ,salt and turmeric powder ...
  2. Mix it well, stirring continuously for 1-2 mints..then add 1 large cup of water...close the lid . Wait for 1-2 whistle....
  3. After releasing pressure, bring the chutney to a boil....adjusting sweetness.
  4. Your sweet and sour raw mango soupy chutney is ready... Enjoy or relish this chutney after lunch in hot summer days...
  5. You can make it in large amount and keep it in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
  6. You can enjoy this sweet and sour raw mango chutney cooler (after refrigeration ).....believe me it's awesome...
