About Gharevada Recipe

Its cooked from fermetnted batter of dhokala. Its twisted dish of dhokala.

Gharevada

Ingredients to make Gharevada

  • Dhokala fermetnted batter 1 cup
  • salt as per taste
  • Finally chopped green chillies 1 spoon
  • Finally chopped ginger 1 1/2 spoon
  • coriander leaves 2 spoon
  • coriander seeds (optional) 1/2 spoon
  • garlic (optional) 1/2 spoon
  • water as required
  • oil for deep fry

How to make Gharevada

  1. Take dhokala batter in bowl
  2. Add salt, coriander leaves and seeds, ginger, garlic, green chillies
  3. Mix all ingredients. Make thick consistency
  4. Add water if required
  5. Heat oil and make small balls and deep fry it till golden brown

My Tip:

If batter is ready its take 10 min time for priperation.
