Ingredients to make Cinnamon Banana Apple wheat pancake.

  • wheat flour 3/4 cup.
  • apple 1 ( grated)
  • banana 1 ( mashed)
  • Granulated sugar 2 tsp.
  • almonds blanched and finally chopped 6
  • cinnamon powder 1/2 tbsp
  • salt a pinch.
  • Powdered sugar 1tbsp
  • Maple syrup 2 tbsp
  • butter 2 tbsp.

How to make Cinnamon Banana Apple wheat pancake.

  1. Make batter of wheat flour by adding granulated sugar and warm water an hour before.
  2. After 1 hour add fruits .
  3. Mix the batter, add Cinnamon powder and a pinch of salt.
  4. Heat butter in non-stick pan.
  5. Pour a ladddle full of batter.
  6. Keep heat medium. Cover the pan.
  7. After one side is done, flip over .
  8. Cook another side.
  9. So here is your pancake. Enjoy with maple syrup / powdered sugar .
