About Shahi Tukda Recipe

Its a very famous receipe loved by everyone.

Shahi Tukda

Ingredients to make Shahi Tukda

  • Bread slices - 5-6
  • Milk - 1litre
  • sugar - 1/2cup or as required +1/2cup
  • ghee - 2+3 tablepsoon
  • saffron - 2/3strands
  • Cardamon powder - 1tablespoon
  • water - 1cup
  • almonds - 2/3tablespoon chopped

How to make Shahi Tukda

  1. In a pan add 3 spoon ghee and toast the bread cut the brown out side of the bread.
  2. In a heavy bottom pan add milk and sugar boil it add saffron and cardamon powder.
  3. Boil it untill it reduces to almost half.
  4. Take 1/2 cup sugar and water and make sugar syrup.
  5. Lastly dip the bread into syrup than plate it on a plate.
  6. Pour the milk rabdi over it.
  7. Garnish if with some almonds.
