Two coloured vegetables in one cutlet, delicious to eat and beautiful to look at too.

Ingredients to make Two in one cutlets

  • 1 cup peas
  • 1cup grated carrot
  • 2-3 boiled potatoes
  • salt to taste
  • 1/4 spoon red chilli powder
  • 2spoon corn floor
  • 2bread slice crushed
  • oil to fry

How to make Two in one cutlets

  1. Steam peas and carrot seperately
  2. Divide potato in two equal parts
  3. In one part add peas and other ingredients
  4. In second part add carrot with all ingredients
  5. Join both parts in equal portion
  6. Now deep fry them
  7. Serve hot with chutney and sauce
