ABOUT Sauted Garlic Butter Brussels Sprouts with Tofu. RECIPE

Brussels sprouts are very good source of vitamin B 2 , magnesium, phosphorus,, vit B6, thiamine, potassium, vit A, and a good source of fibre too. Tofu is a good source of protein, contains all eight essential amino acids. It's rich in iron, copper, magnesium and so on.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Brussels sprouts 6 to 8 .
  2. Tofu pirces 8. ( Square cut)
  3. Onion chopped 1/2
  4. Garlic minced 1 tbsp
  5. Butter 2 tsp
  6. Olive oil 1 tbsp
  7. Salt to taste.
  8. Pepper 1/2 tsp
  9. Cajun seasoning / roasted garlic .

Instructions

  1. Heat oil add stir fry Tofu pieces little brown. Take out in an absorbent paper.
  2. Keep aside. Add butter in the same pan.
  3. Add garlic , saute for a minute. Add onions and saute a little.
  4. Now add Brussels sprouts. Add salt, pepper.
  5. Saute till done, it will change the colour.
  6. Add seasoning. Add Tofu. Add Chopped coriander leaves.
  7. Enjoy your healthy snacks.
  8. Enjoy with glass of juice.
