Ingredients to make Urud dal vada

  • Urud dal skinless 1 cup
  • onion chopped 1 number
  • ginger chopped finely 1 inch
  • green chillies 3 number chopped
  • curry leaves chopped 1 table spoon
  • salt
  • oil for frying

How to make Urud dal vada

  1. Soak Dal for 1 hour
  2. Grind it fluffy without adding water
  3. Add all ingredients except oil
  4. Mix well
  5. Wet hands and take a ball of the batter and make the shape and deep fry it in medium flame
  6. Serve with coconut chutney
