Ingredients to make Instant Raw Mango Pickle

  • Raw mango 2 pieces
  • Fennel Seeds 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds( 1 tsp)
  • Coriander pd( 1 tsp)
  • Red chili pd (1 tsp)
  • salt as per taste
  • Turmeric pd( 2 pinch )
  • Sugar (1/2 tsp)
  • Green chilies (2 or 3)
  • Mango pd (1 tsp)
  • Oil for frying

How to make Instant Raw Mango Pickle

  1. Take raw mangoes and cut them into slices with their skin.
  2. Take some chilies and slit them.
  3. Take a wok add oil.
  4. Add sliced raw mangoes,chilies into the wok.
  5. Add all the spices except sugar in the wok stir it for 5 minutes.
  6. When the mangoes start getting little soft add sugar in it.
  7. Cover it with lid for 5 minutes more.
  8. Your tangy pickle is ready enjoy it with crispy paranthas.
