Ingredients to make Sambar mini idly

  • Mini idlies 4 cups
  • Toor dal 1 cup
  • onion 1 number finely chopped
  • tomato 3 numbers grated
  • tamarind 1 pinch
  • Sambar powder 3 table spoon
  • salt
  • curry leaves
  • ghee 5 table spoon

How to make Sambar mini idly

  1. Soft cook toor dal
  2. Saute onion and tomato
  3. Add sambar powder and tamarind juice
  4. Add salt and cooked dal
  5. Cook well
  6. Add 2 table spoon ghee
  7. In a cup take mini idlies and pour hot sambar over it
  8. Add 1 teaspoon ghee in it
  9. Keep it for 10 minutes to soak
  10. Enjoy tasty sambar idly
