Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Rolled oats: 1/4 cup
  2. Banana: 1 medium
  3. Milk/coconut milk: 3/4 cup
  4. Chocolate Flavoured Protein Powder: 1 tablespoon
  5. Unsweetened Cocoa Powder: 1 tablespoon
  6. Dessicated Coconut: 2 tablespoon
  7. Peanut Butter/ Nutella: 1 tablespoon
  8. Maple Syrup: 1 tablespoon (or sugar or honey to taste)
  9. Vanilla Extract: 1/2 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. In a blender jar put all the ingredients and blend, pour in the bowl and top it with your desired toppings.
