Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1kg potoatoes boiled
  2. Salt and pepper to taste
  3. A pinch of garam masala
  4. 3 processed cheese cubes grated
  5. 2 tsp chopped corriander
  6. 2 chopped green chillies
  7. 1tsp mixed herbs or oregano n chilli flakes

Instructions

  1. Mash boiled potatoes finely
  2. Add salt pepper garam masala and green chillies and corriander
  3. Now add cornflour to bind the tikkis
  4. In a bowl mix cheese and herbs and little salt
  5. Now make a shape of a bowl of mashed potatoes mixture and fill it with cheese filling and shape like a tikki
  6. Let it set for 5 mins
  7. Heat grill and shallow fry them
  8. I used very little oil
  9. Serve with green sauce or chutney
