Ingredients to make Poha with pomegranate and raisins

  • Poha 1 cup
  • pomegranate 1/2 cup
  • raisins 2 spoon
  • potato boil 1
  • salt to taste
  • coriander leaves chopped
  • turmeric powder 1/4 spoon
  • lemon juice 1/2 spoon
  • sugar 1/2 spoon
  • peanut 2 spoon
  • mustard seeds 1/2 spoon
  • asafoetida a pinch

How to make Poha with pomegranate and raisins

  1. Take a poha washed it. And rest for 10 minutes.
  2. Take a pan. Add mustard seeds and Asafoetida a pinch.
  3. Then add peanut .
  4. Then add potato mix well.add turmeric powder and salt,sugar and mix well.
  5. Squeeze lemon juice on it.
  6. Add poha ,mix well.spread raisin and pomegranate on it
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves.
