Ingredients to make Kheema veggie Pasta/macaroni

  • 250gms penne paasta
  • 250gms chicken kheema
  • 2 bell peppers green n red 1each
  • a bunch of spring onions
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 Tsp ginger garlic paste
  • salt pepper to taste
  • Grated mozzarella cheese optional

How to make Kheema veggie Pasta/macaroni

  1. Boil pasta in salted water with or without oil for ten min n strain out water leave to cool run cold water to avoid sticking
  2. Marinade kheema with ginger garlic salt n pepper keep aside
  3. Chop out spring onions and stems medium
  4. Chop carrots and bell peppers.
  5. Heat oil in a pan stir fry the spring onions n add kheema stir well add one cup water cook on slow for 15 min till tender.
  6. Now add the carrots and bell peppers to kheema mix well n cook for 5min remove.
  7. Both the pasta n kheema mix can be either mixed and served or kept separate.
  8. As shown in pic or served in a transparent casserole wit pasta placed first and covered with kheema veggie mix n topped with grated cheese .

My Tip:

Serve hot, to pack nt to add cheese
