Watermelon Mojito

Ingredients to make Watermelon Mojito

  • rose Syrup:30ml
  • watermelon Juice 100ml
  • sugar 1tbsp (heaped)
  • A pinch of rock salt
  • 1/2tsp chaat masala powder
  • soda water 20ml
  • Drizzle of lemon Juice
  • 4 ice cubes

How to make Watermelon Mojito

  1. Blend water melon along with the sugar and rose syrup.Then sieve the extract with the help of a sieve, then pour the extract in a tall glass and also before pouring add some ice cubes to the glass then add lemon juice and chaat masala

My Tip:

Before pouring the extract in the glass rub a piece of lemon then in a tray add some salt and a pinch of red chili powder and roll the sides of the glass in it for a twist in taste.
