About Hariyali chicken kebab Recipe

This is a quick recipe of a delicious and yummy kabab made with greens and chicken, a perfect starter for all party occasions.

Hariyali chicken kebab

Ingredients to make Hariyali chicken kebab

  • Boneless chicken 200 g
  • coriander leaf
  • mint leaves
  • G.chilli 1
  • curd 2tsp
  • ginger
  • garlic 2pods
  • salt
  • oil
  • pepper powder
  • lemon juice 1tsp
  • Garam masala
  • ginger garlic paste

How to make Hariyali chicken kebab

  1. Grind coriander leaf, mint leaf, ginger, garlic, green Chilli, lemon juice to a paste
  2. Combine curd, green paste, ginger garlic paste, salt, pepper powder, Chilli powder, garam masala, oil and chicken .mix well and let this marinate for 2 hours.
  3. You can Grill it in oven or just insert in skewers , or you can Grill them on gas flame too.
