I make this pudding and serve in vermicelli cups.this is very very delicious and tasty pudding.we all love rose flavour.it is ideal for festival or party

Ingredients to make Vermicelli rose pudding

  • 1 cup vermicelli
  • 1/4 cup milkmaid
  • 2 tsp ghee
  • For pudding---
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup milkmaid
  • 2 tsp cornflour
  • 2 tsp rose syrup
  • 2 drops of red colour

How to make Vermicelli rose pudding

  1. HEAT GHEE IN PAN ADD VERMICELLI AND ROAST IN GHEE
  2. ADD MILKMAID
  3. AND MIX FINELY IN ROASTED VERMICELLI
  4. TAKE FOIL AND PRESS IT IN A SMALL BOWL
  5. ADD VERMICELLI IN IT AND PRESS AS BOWL'S SHAPE AND KEEP IN FREEZER FOR HALF AN HOUR
  6. MIX MILK AND MILKMAID
  7. AND HEAT MILK
  8. IN 1 TSP MILK MIX CORNFLOUR IN IT FINELY AND ADD IT IN MILK AND STIR IT CONTINUOUSLY
  9. THEN TURN OF GAS AND ADD ROSE SYRUP
  10. MIX IT FINELY
  11. THEN ADD IT IN VERMICELLI CUPS AND KEEP IN FREEZE FOR 4 HOURS
  12. TAKE REMAINING MILK MIX AND ADD TWO DROPS OF COLOUR AND MIX
  13. FILL IT IN ZIP LOCK AND KEEP IN FREEZE
  14. WHEN PUDDING SET AT THE TIME OF SERVING MAKE LINES WITH ZIP LOCK
  15. TAKE A TOOTH PICK AND MAKE LINES IN OPPOSITE SIDE
  16. OUR VERMICELLI PUDDING IS READY
  17. SERVE IT
