Cinnamon rolls

Ingredients to make Cinnamon rolls

  • all purpose flour 3 cup
  • Dry yeast 1 TSP
  • sugar 1 tsp
  • salt as required
  • butter melted 50 grm
  • Powder suger 1/4 cup
  • cinnamon powder 2 tsp
  • Warm Milk
  • egg for egg wash

How to make Cinnamon rolls

  1. To activate yeast 100 ml warm water in a bowl add 1 tsp sugar and 1 tsp yeast mix it let it sit for 10 min ... You can see fermentation process like bubbles in bowl ...
  2. Now in large bowl add 3 cup whole wheat flour , salt , baking powder ( optional) then mix this fermented yeast then add warm milk little by little till u get sticky dough
  3. Now in kitchen counter dust wit flour then kneed this bread dough for about 10 min till you get bouncing texture ..
  4. Now apply oil in large bowl and place dough with apply oil on top then closed with moistured cloth .. let it sit for 90 min
  5. Now you can see the dough triple in its size .. again take it and kneed it
  6. Now spread the dough wide and apply melted butter and lavishly sprinkle powder suger and Cinnamon powder and roll it and cut it and place the rolls in greased tray and let it sit for 30 min
  7. Before baking apply egg wash all-over dough for glaze
  8. Pre heat oven at 160 degree and bake it for 20 min
  9. After baking, apply melted butter top of rolls to enhance the flavours
  10. Enjoy your Cinnamon roll at home
