In a cooker, add 1 tsp ghee, dalia and roast for a minute. Add washed Moong dal and saute for a minute or two, add milk. Pressure cook it for two whistle, turn off the flame, let the steam release on its own, open the lid and grind it into a paste, pour this batter in a non stick pan and stir it continuously on a low flame. Soon it will look like khoya or a dough.
