About Papaya pie Recipe

Its a very creamy and light pie ...it just melts in the mouth.

Papaya pie

Ingredients to make Papaya pie

  • Base-
  • Digestive biscuits(crumbled) 10 to 15 pcs
  • Melted butter 1/4 th cup
  • Brown sugar 2 tbsp
  • Filling-
  • papaya puree 2 cups
  • Milkmaid 1/2 tin
  • Whipped cream 3 cups
  • Garnish
  • White chocolate scrapped 1/4 th cup

How to make Papaya pie

  1. Base:
  2. Crush the biscuits to by hands or mixer. Add brown sugar and melted butter, mix it and set as base. Keep in the fridge till the filling is done.
  3. Filling:
  4. 1. In a blender add papaya puree and milkmaid and churn for a minute or so ( so that the papaya n mixture gets mixed properly)
  5. 2. Pour the papaya mixture into a bowl and add the whipped cream in a cut and fold method.
  6. 3. Pour this mixture on top of the biscuit layer and leave to set in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours or so.
  7. Garnish:
  8. Add the white chocolate on top of the pie and serve with ice cream or whipped cream or just enjoy the fruity flavour the way it is ...its just melt in mouth..hmmmmm
