Ingredients to make Cheezy Veggy Meaty Dip

  • Chicken meat/ sausages 500gm
  • Onion 2
  • Carrots grated 1cup
  • Potato 1
  • Fresh peas 1/2cup
  • Spaghetti/ schezwan sauce 1/4 cup
  • Mozarella cheese grated 2 cup
  • Parmesan or feta cheese grated 1cup
  • Italian spices mix 1tbsp
  • Pepper powder 1tbsp
  • Butter 2tbsp
  • Salt

How to make Cheezy Veggy Meaty Dip

  1. Make mini chicken meat balls from minced meat or sausages. Marinate with pepper powder, Italian spices and salt and keep aside
  2. Steam cook small sized potato cuts, green peas, carrots
  3. In a frying pan add little butter and stir fry the meat balls.
  4. Take a baking tray or dish and arrange the meatballs
  5. Place the steamed veggies and sliced onion pieces
  6. Over it add the spaghetti or schezwan sauce..
  7. Add the grated cheese and Italian spices.
  8. Bake the dish in a preheated oven (180°c ) for 15min or till the cheese melts and gives a golden tint.
  9. Enjoy with baked bread or chips
