Grilled paneer

Ingredients to make Grilled paneer

  • paneer : 250 g
  • For marination :
  • salt to taste
  • red chilli powder to taste
  • turmeric powder : pinch
  • Degi mirch :1/2 tsp
  • tomato ketchup : 1 tbsp
  • Pasta & pizza sauce : 1 tbsp
  • oil as needed
  • For serving :
  • Chaat masala : 1 tsp
  • coriander leaves chopped : 1 tsp

How to make Grilled paneer

  1. Cut paneer into thick cubes.
  2. In a bowl add salt, degi mirch, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, tomato ketchup and pasta & pizza sauce. Mix well. Marinate mixture is ready.
  3. Dip paneer cubes in the mixture. Coat it from both sides and keep aside for 15 min.
  4. Heat little oil in grill pan. Grill marinated paneer from both sides on medium flame till both sides turn golden.
  5. Drizzle lemon juice on the grilled paneer. Sprinkle chaat masala and garnish with coriander leaves.
  6. Grilled paneer is ready to serve.
  7. Serve hot

My Tip:

Added Pasta & Pizza sauce it has enhanced it's taste.
