Ingredients to make Rasgullas

  • Cow milk -2cup
  • Buffalo milk -2cup
  • Sugar -1-1/2cup
  • Water -4/1/2cup
  • Lemon juice -2tsp

How to make Rasgullas

  1. In a pan add cow and buffalo milk together and bring to a boil.
  2. Switch of the flame and wait for a five min now add lemon juice and keep aside its take half min to curdle (when the chenna and water separate out).
  3. Tie it and hang for thirty min. Put 4-1/2cup of water in a heavy container add sugar and bring to boil.
  4. Place the muslin clothes on a flat plate open it and kneed the chenna very well using your palms for five min until the chenna is smooth divide into small portion.
