Tikha gathiya

Ingredients to make Tikha gathiya

  • besan 2 cup
  • salt to taste
  • cloves crushed 1/2 spoon
  • Black pepper powder 1/4 spoon
  • turmeric powder 1/4 spoon
  • oil for frying

How to make Tikha gathiya

  1. Take a besan.
  2. Add salt, turmeric powder, cloves powder, black pepper powder, add 1 spoon oil mix well.
  3. Add water and make a soft dough
  4. Take a namkeen maker.
  5. Greased with oil.
  6. Put namkeen dough in it.
  7. Take a pan. Add oil for frying namkeen.
  8. Make a namkeen direct in oil.
  9. Fry in medium flame.

My Tip:

Serve with tea.
