This is a healthy mixed paratha, made with spring onions and potatoes. These can be served as snack or given as breakfast to the kids.

Ingredients to make Spring Onion and potato paratha

  • potato boil and mashed 1
  • spring onion 1/2 cup chopped
  • salt to taste
  • Garam masala powder 1/2 spoon
  • ginger chilly paste 1/2 spoon
  • wheat flour 1 cup
  • water as required
  • oil as required
  • ghee as required

How to make Spring Onion and potato paratha

  1. Take a wheat flour. Add salt and 1 spoon oil.Mix well.
  2. Add water and knead dough.
  3. Then take a boil potato and chopped onion mix all masala .
  4. Then make a round Roti.put a aloo onion masala stuffing on middle.
  5. Fold it.
  6. Then make a paratha.
  7. Then place paratha on pan. And greased with oil .
  8. Roasted it both sides.
  9. Serve hot.

My Tip:

Serve with green chutney and tomato sauce.
