Ingredients to make Vegetable open sandwich

  • Bread slice 5-6
  • salt to taste
  • Chaat masala 1/2 spoon
  • aloo tikki 4-5
  • onion slice 5-6
  • tomato slice 5-6
  • cucumber slice 5-6
  • Cheese cube 1
  • ghee as required

How to make Vegetable open sandwich

  1. Take a bread slice.
  2. Roasted it both sides with ghee on pan.
  3. Then arrange tomato, onion and cucumber sliced.
  4. Take a aloo tikki. Cut it in to 2 piece.
  5. Put a tikki .Sprinkle chaat masala on it.
  6. Spread cheese on it
  7. Then serve hot.

My Tip:

Serve with green chutney and tomato sauce.
