A perfect snacks for any party .Crispy masala Baby Corn is one of the simplest and tasty dish try it.

Ingredients to make CRISPY MASALA BABY CORN

  • 10 baby corn ,
  • 6-7 boiled potatoes,
  • 1 tsp red chilli ,
  • 1 tsp chaat masala ,
  • 1 tsp salt ,
  • 2tsp cornflour ,
  • bread crumbs,
  • oil for frying

How to make CRISPY MASALA BABY CORN

  1. Blanch baby corn and let it cool .
  2. Boil the pototoes and peel them .
  3. Grate potatoes and mix all masalas.
  4. Make thin batter with Corn flour salt and water .Keep aside .
  5. Cover baby corn with potato mix .
  6. Dip into cornflour batter and roll on bread crumb and deep fry till golden brown.
  7. serve hot with tomato sauce .

My Tip:

You can these be rolled in bread crumb and kept in the fridge ready to fry .It will save time in a party .
