ABOUT Arabian Platter RECIPE

This is a delicious recipe of Arabic platter for any dinner party occasion at home.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Chiken mince - 150gram
  2. Ginger/garlic/green chillie paste - 2tablepsoon
  3. Salt - As required
  4. Pepper powder - 1/2tablespoon
  5. Chat masala - 1tablespoon
  6. oil- for frying
  7. Cilantro - 2/3tablespoon chopped
  8. Tomato - 1/2thinly sliced
  9. Rotis 2
  10. Egg - 1
  11. Green chutney - 2/3tablespoon

Instructions

  1. In a bowl add chiken mince all the spieces and salt and pepper mix well.
  2. Add cilantro and g/g/g paste.
  3. Make round shapes of it.
  4. Dip it in egg than deep fry it.
  5. Take roti apply green chutney
  6. Place the kebabs fold the roti.
  7. Put some sliced tomato
