Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Curd 1/2 cup
  2. Cream 1/3 cup
  3. Chopped Apple 1/2 cup
  4. Grapes 1/2 cup
  5. Pomegranate seeds 1/2 cup
  6. Chopped mix nuts
  7. Cardamom powder 1 tsp
  8. Powdered sugar(Optional) 2.5 tbs or to taste

Instructions

  1. ADD 1/3 CUP CREAM IN 1/2 CUP FRESH CURD,2.5 TBS POWDERED SUGAR,1 TSP CARDAMOM POWDER
  2. WHISK WELL FOR 1 MINUTE
  3. ADD 1/3 CUP CHOPPED MIX NUTS,1/2 CUP APPLE,1/2 CUP GRAPES,1/2 CUP POMEGRANATE SEEDS
  4. MIX WELL & SERVE CHILLED
