Ingredients to make Matka kulfi

  • 1 liter milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • chopped dryfruit

How to make Matka kulfi

  1. IN A HEAVY BOTTOM PAN TAKE 1 L MILK AND GIVE IT A BOIL
  2. NOW SIMMER THE GAS AND LET THE MILK BOIL TILL IT REDUCES TO HALF THE QUANTITY
  3. STIR IT REGULARLY TO AVOID THE MILK FROM BURNING
  4. WHEN THE MILK IS REDUCED ADD SAFFRON MILK AND SUGAR IN IT.
  5. ADD CARDAMOM POWDER. ADD DRYFRUITS
  6. ONCE COOLED DOWN POUR IT IN KULFI MOULDS OR EARTHEN POTS AND KEEP IT IN FREEZER TO SET.
  7. REMOVE FROM THE MOLDS
  8. GARNISH IT WITH GROUND PISTA AND DRY FRUITS
  9. ENJOY YOUR KULFI WITH YOUR LOVED ONES.
