About Jalebi Recipe

jalebis are loved by everyone so follow this easy and quick recipe to make these at home for your loved ones.

Jalebi

Ingredients to make Jalebi

  • 1/2 cup maida
  • 1 tsp corn flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp curd
  • 5 tsp water
  • 1/8 tsp turmeric powder
  • sugar syrup
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp saffron strands
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder.

How to make Jalebi

  1. In a mixing bowl.mix maida , corn flour and curd.
  2. Then add half tsp vinegar and water.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Now add baking soda.
  5. Pour the batter into tomato ketchup bottle carefully.
  6. Heat oil in a pan and add 1 tsp of ghee.
  7. Squeeze the bottle and make round spirals with the batter.
  8. Fry till the jalebies are a light golden.
  9. Then immediately drop the fried jalebies in the warm sugar syrup for 30 seconds.

My Tip:

Serve hot .
