Ingredients to make Tomato pomegranate muthiya

  • tomato 1 chopped
  • pomegranate seeds 4 spoon
  • wheat flour 1 cup
  • salt to taste
  • tomato puree 1/2 cup
  • Garam.masala
  • sugar 1/2 spoon
  • turmeric powder 1/2 spoon
  • red chilly powder 1/2 spoon
  • coriander powder 1/2 spoon
  • mustard seeds 1/2 spoon
  • oil as required
  • curry leaves

How to make Tomato pomegranate muthiya

  1. Take wheat flour AND add all above ingredients mix well.
  2. Knead a dough .with the help of water.
  3. Then make cylindrical roll.
  4. Stem in a steamer for 10'minutes.
  5. Remove, cool and slightly and cut it into slice and keep aside.
  6. For the tempering , heat the remaining oil. Add mustard seeds, curry leaves and Asafoetida a pinch.
  7. Then add muthiya .mix well.
  8. Garnish with coriander leaves, pomegranate and tomato.
