Soya-rice chaap

Ingredients to make Soya-rice chaap

  • Soya granual 2 cup
  • cooked rice 1 tablespoon
  • besan 2 tablespoon
  • coriander leaves 1 cup
  • green chilli 4
  • onion 1
  • ginger 1 inch
  • garlic 9 - 10 cloves
  • salt as per taste
  • oil for deep fry

How to make Soya-rice chaap

  1. grind all the ingredients together ( except oil)
  2. make a smooth paste
  3. make small tikkis ( chaap) from the paste
  4. heat oil in the pan
  5. deep fry all the chaap
  6. fry until it becomes golden brown from both sides

My Tip:

my favourite dip with chaap is tomato- chilli- coriander chutney
