  • yogurt / Hung curd 150 gms
  • A medium sized zucchini
  • cumin powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Chaat masala a pinch
  • salt as per taste

How to make Zucchini masala raita

  1. Yogurt 150gms. Zucchini -medium size.Cumin powder 1/2 tsp. Chaat Masala a pinch .Salt as taste .
  2. Peel the zucchini’s skin and discard it. Grate and add the finely grated zucchini to the yogurt.
  3. Now add the salt , chaat masala &cumin powder to the raita . Mix altogether and serve .
  4. Nutritive zucchini masala raita is ready to serve along with pulaos , biryanis , rotis and Pulkas .
