A very healthy recipe made with sprouts and with less oil, a perfect snack for all occasions.

Sprouted urad and chana kabab

Ingredients to make Sprouted urad and chana kabab

  • black gram( chana) 1/2 cup
  • Sproted urad daal 1 cup
  • pinch of asafoetida( hing)
  • ginger 1 inch
  • green coriander 1 cup
  • green chilli 4
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • salt as per taste

How to make Sprouted urad and chana kabab

  1. mix all the ingredients together (except oil)
  2. grind them
  3. divide the paste into small parts and make small kababs
  4. heat oil in the non stick pan
  5. add oil in the pan
  6. put the kababs in the pan
  7. cover with lid
  8. shallow fry all kababs from the both sides until it becomes golden brown from both sides

My Tip:

sprinkle some chat masala on kababs
