Potato souffle is a tasty and delicious dish which is orignated from france.it is served as a savoury dish.made with egg yolk and beaten egg whites with other ingredents.

Ingredients to make Potato souffle

  • 1 Big potato
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup pamesaan cheese
  • 3 tbsp Milk
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp chives
  • 1 tsp pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Peprika powder for sprinkle

How to make Potato souffle

  1. Take boil potato and mash
  2. Preheat ovan on 200 degree and heat a baking plate
  3. Grease namakin moulds
  4. And dust with bread crumb
  5. Grate cheese and mix
  6. Add chives
  7. Melt butter and add milk
  8. Mix them in mixture
  9. Separate egg yolk
  10. Mix yolk in it
  11. Beat egg white till soft peaks
  12. Fold it in potato mix
  13. Add pepper powder and salt
  14. Now transfer mixture in ramakins
  15. Sprinkle paprika powder
  16. And bake for 20 min.in preheated baking plate
