Bread potato cutlet

Ingredients to make Bread potato cutlet

  • Bread 8 pieces
  • potatoes(boiled) 10
  • onion 2
  • chilli 4
  • green coriander 1/2 cup
  • salt as per taste
  • curt 1/2 cup
  • vermicilli 1 tablespoon
  • oil 1 cup

How to make Bread potato cutlet

  1. boil and peel the potatoes
  2. fine chopped onion,coriander and chilli
  3. mix potatoes,onion,coriander,chilli and salt together
  4. mash it
  5. the filling is ready
  6. now add 1/2 cup water and 1/2 teaspoon salt in the curd
  7. mix it well
  8. dip the sliced bread in the curd
  9. sqeeze it and remove all the water from the bread very well
  10. now add the potato fillings in the bread
  11. roll it
  12. In a plate take the vermicilli
  13. place the bread cutlet on the vermicilli
  14. coat the cutlet with vermicilli and gently press it to stick the vermicilli
  15. heat oil in the kadhai
  16. deep fry all the cutlet
  17. serve with green chutney or sauce

My Tip:

for more healthy option add any vegetables filling of your choice
