Keshriya Kairi pana

Ingredients to make Keshriya Kairi pana

  • kairi (raw mango) 3
  • sugar powder 3-4 tbsp
  • 1/2 cardamom powder
  • 1/2 tsp black salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper powder
  • 1 pinch saffron
  • 8-10 mint leaves

How to make Keshriya Kairi pana

  1. Firstly take a cooker put raw mango and add water and cook them 3-4 whistle And cool down
  2. Peel the Kairi and extract the soft pulp out of it
  3. Take a ice tray put mint leaves and water in every part of ice tray and put them in Frizzer to make ice cube
  4. Now take a jar put kairi pulp, sugar ,black salt, pepper powder and grind it
  5. now add 2 glass chilled water and mix well
  6. Now add saffron and cardamom powder mix well
  7. Pour this Kairi pana in to the glasses and put minty ice cubes
  8. Serve chilled
