  1. Kachhi hldi grated 1 spoon
  2. Besan 1 cup
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Water as required
  5. Red chilly powder 1/2 spoon
  6. Oil as required

Instructions

  1. Take a besan .add grated hldi. Add salt , red chilly powder.
  2. Mix well. Add water . And make batter.
  3. Then take a pan. Greased with oil.
  4. Pour the batter into a pan.
  5. Roasted it both sides.
