sweet and creamy mango pudding made with juicy ripe mangoes is a favorite summer treat.

Ingredients to make mango milk pudding

  • 1/2 litre milk
  • agar agar [1 packet]
  • 2TSP sugar
  • Vanilla extract - 1/2 tsp
  • mango puree - 4 tbsp
  • For garnishing : chopped mangoes - [4 tbsp]

How to make mango milk pudding

  1. TAKE 1/2 L MILK AND SUGAR IN A SAUCEPAN AND BRING TO A GENTLE BOIL
  2. THEN ADD AGAR AGAR , MIX TILL FULLY DISSOLVED
  3. STIR WELL
  4. ADD VANILLA EXTRACT AND REMOVE FROM HEAT.
  5. POUR IT IN A TO GLASS
  6. REFRIGERATE FOR A FEW HOURS TILL SET.
  7. NOW TAKE A PAN ADD MANGO PUREE AND SOAKED AGAR AGAR.
  8. ADD 2TSP SUGAR
  9. BOIL THE MIXTURE GENTLY.
  10. ADD THIS INTO THE MILK PUDDING GLASS JAR
  11. THE PUDDING WILL BE SET WITH A SLIGHT JIGGLE TO IT.
  12. SERVE
  13. ENJOY
