Vegetable cheese kathi roll

Ingredients to make Vegetable cheese kathi roll

  • wheat flour 1 cup
  • salt to taste
  • water as required
  • cabbage chopped 1/2 cup
  • capsicum chopped 1/2 cup
  • onion 1 chopped
  • tomato 1 chopped
  • Black pepper powder 1 spoon
  • Red mayyonise 1 spoon
  • White mayyonise 1 spoon
  • oil for frying
  • coriander leaves chopped

How to make Vegetable cheese kathi roll

  1. Take a wheat flour add water,salt and knead the dough.
  2. Then take all chopped vegetables.mix well and add black pepper,red mayonnaise and white mayonnaise.
  3. Then take a dough and make roti.
  4. Roasted it both sides with oil on pan.
  5. Then spread green chutney on it and spread vegetables mixer on it.
  6. Fold it.

My Tip:

Serve with tomato sauce.
