Jamun kofta

Ingredients to make Jamun kofta

  • gulab jamun readymade mix-200g
  • butter-4tbsp
  • onion-2(big)
  • Garam masala-1 1/2tsp
  • Kasuri methi-2tsp
  • salt-to taste
  • jeera powder-1tsp
  • coriander powder-1tbsp
  • red chilli powder-1tsp
  • tomato-4
  • badam-4-5
  • cashew-5-6
  • Gingergarlic paste-1 tbsp

How to make Jamun kofta

  1. Add butter in pan and add cashew ,badam,onion and gingergarlic paste..ADD TOMATOES AND SAUTE FOR 3 MIN.COOL AND GRIND IN TO FINE PASTE
  2. IN A PAN ADD BUTTER
  3. ADD ALL THE MASALAS CHILLI PD,CORIANDER POWDER, TURMERIC POWDER AND JEERA POWDER
  4. IF OIL IS NEEDED ADD EXTRA OIL AND SAUTE ON LOW FLAME AND ADD GROUNDED MASALA
  5. COOK TILL THE RAW SMELL LEAVES
  6. AFTER IT STARTS LEAVING ADD WATER AND COOK IT WELL
  7. ADD FRESH CREAM AND KEEP IT ON LOW FLAME..
  8. ADD KASURI METHI CRUSHED AND GARAM MASALA
  9. ADD DEEP FRIED BALLS TO THE GRAVY AND COOK FOR 2MINS
  10. COOK TILL CREAM COMES ON TOP
