Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. For dough -Maida -1cup
  2. Water -1/4cup
  3. Salt - 1/2tablespoon
  4. Oil - 1tablespoon
  5. For Filling
  6. Shredded chiken - 1/2cup
  7. Green chillie - 1
  8. Cilantro - 2/3tablespoon
  9. Capsicum - 1/4cup chopped
  10. Onion - 1/4cup chopped
  11. Boiled corns - 1/4cup
  12. Salt - 1/2tablespoon
  13. Pepper powder - 1/2tablespoon
  14. Oil - For deep frying

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients for making dough and keep it aside.
  2. In a pan add all the ingredients that are listed above for makin chiken filling.
  3. Role small puris out of dough.
  4. Put some filling in it apply water.
  5. Than fold it like a moon.
  6. Lastly deep fry it.
