Ingredients to make Crispy Greens

  • Washed n finely chopped spinach 1.5 cups
  • Washed n finely chopped methi leaves 1.5 cups
  • Besan/chick pea flour 1 cup
  • Rava or Suji 1 cup
  • salt 1.5 tsp
  • red chilly powder 2 tsp
  • Haladi powder 1/2 tsp
  • lemon juice 3 tsp
  • Jira 1/2 tsp
  • dhania powder 1tsp
  • oil for frying

How to make Crispy Greens

  1. Mix all ingredients properly. ..
  2. Make a soft dough by using little water. ..
  3. Take a thali...grease with oil
  4. By using hands spread the above dough of 1" thickness...
  5. Steam in a preheated steamer for 15 minutes.
  6. Take it outside the pan n let it cool. .
  7. Make a pieces of your choice ...
  8. Shallow fry on high flame. ..
  9. They are so tasty...no need of ketchup. ..
  10. Tastes best when hot or cool also..

My Tip:

Istead of frying you can give a tadka of oil..rai..jira..n seasame seeds. ..
