Ingredients to make idli screws

  • 1 cup sour curd
  • 1 cup udad dal
  • 3 cup rice
  • onion 1
  • capsicum 1
  • tomato 1
  • turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • oil 1 tbsp
  • salt to taste

How to make idli screws

  1. 1 CUP UDAD DAL, 3 CUP RICE
  2. GRIND THEM USING AS LITTLE CURD AS POSSIBLE INTO A SMOOTH PASTE
  3. FOR A SUPER SMOOTH BATTERTRANSFER THE GROUND BATTER INTO A BIG VESSEL. 
  4. KEEP THE BATTER CLOSED ASIDE AND ALLOW IT TO FERMENT OVERNIGHT FOR A MINIMUM OF 7-8 HOURS ADD SALT
  5. GREASE THE MOLDS
  6. POURING BETTER
  7. STEAM THEM FOR 30 MINUTES ON A MEDIUM FLAME.
  8. TAKE A TOOTHPICK AND PUT THE BUTTON IDLY,CAPSICUM, ONION, TOMATO
  9. TAKE A SMALL PAN ADD 1 TBSP OIL
  10. ADD ALL MASALA AND SALT
  11. ADD IDLY SCREWS
  12. SAUTE FOR 1 OR TWO MINUTES
