SPINACH BUTTER CHAKLI

Ingredients to make SPINACH BUTTER CHAKLI

  • Rice flour - 1/2 bowl
  • All purpose flour - 1/2
  • Blanched spinach - 1 bowl
  • green chilly paste - 1/2 tsp
  • ginger paste - 1/2 tsp
  • butter - 2 tbsp
  • White til/sesame seeds - 2 tbsp
  • salt - to taste
  • oil - for frying

How to make SPINACH BUTTER CHAKLI

  1. Take a large bowl add all purpose flour,rice flour,blanched spinach,white sesame seeds,butter,ginger and green chilly paste and salt and mix well.
  2. With the help of water make a soft dough.
  3. Now place the dough in a sev machine with star nozzle and squeeze the dough into hot oil and fry until golden brown.
  4. It takes one to two mins.
  5. Serve hot with tea.
