Ingredients to make Sago chivda

  • 200 g sabudana big size
  • peanuts 4tablespoons
  • curry leaves 1 tablespoon
  • rock salt 1 teaspoon
  • pepper powder 1 teaspoon
  • oil for deep frying

How to make Sago chivda

  1. Put a vok on medium heat
  2. Put oil in it
  3. When oil is well heated fry sabudana till puffed
  4. Fry peanuts too
  5. Fry curry leaves
  6. Add all these 3 fried in a bowl
  7. Add salt and pepper powder
  8. Ready to serve
