Spinach Nachos Bhel

Ingredients to make Spinach Nachos Bhel

  • 1 bowl maize flour
  • 1 bowl curd
  • 1cup anardana
  • salt
  • Black pepper
  • red chilli flakes
  • Chat masala
  • 1 bowl curd
  • 2 boiled potatoes
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 Chopped tomatoes
  • 1 cup bhujia
  • ketchup
  • 1 chopped cucumber
  • 1 bowl spinach puree
  • green chutney

How to make Spinach Nachos Bhel

  1. Make a dough of maize flour and spinach puree.
  2. Now make a big round shape roti and cut into triangle shape.
  3. Now deep fry them till it gets brown.
  4. Take out on a kitchen roll so that the oil may be absorb by tissue.
  5. And here the Nachos are ready.
  6. Now spread chopped onion on tomatoes.
  7. Then chopped boiled potato, after potato chopped tomato and chopped cucumber..
  8. Now sprinkle little bit salt, red chilli powder, chat masala.
  9. Now pour the curd on the nachos.
  10. Now again dry masala .
  11. Then ketchup and green chutney.
  12. Now put bhujia and anaardana on the bhel.
  13. Bhel is ready to eat.

Spinach is gud for health.
